Firenze 17-18 febbraio 2015 La Fattoria Montemaggio, per questa importate occasione, presenta le anteprima di quattro vini; i primi due usciranno sul mercato tra un anno o due, il terzo tra circa due anni, il Rosè a breve: Chianti Classico Montemaggio 2011 Il 2011 è stata un'annata molto calda in agosto. Trovandosi Montemaggio in una zona piuttosto alta le uve hanno raggiunto comunque un'ottima maturazione, senza problemi si sovra maturazione come in zone più basse. First of all, Happy New Year 2015 to you all! I hope this year will bring us all more possibilities, fruitfull collaborations, happiness and peace! A nice surprise in the new 2015 was a new article by fellow blogger from UK, Mr. Riaz Syed about our Rosè Wine. He has enjoyed Rosé di Montemaggio with a wonderfull meal and has found it very pleasant. I am very glad to add that he also has appreciated not only a fine and elegant strawberry taste of the wine, but also a new glass cork that we have started using only few years ago. read more

The discovery of Fattoria di Montemaggio was a breaking point in my family's and mine lives. Suffice to say that it was a big change from the London busy scene to the calm and very green surroundings of Fattoria di Montemaggio. But to be truly honest, the change was not difficult at all and it is very easy to get used to the tranquil way of live in Tuscany. read more

Montemaggio is defently one of those place that you can only comprehend if you see it yourself in the ray of sunlight. It is full of peace and tranquility and this almost ringing silence, that sometimes it crosses you mind - what a glorious day and what a wonderfully blinding beauty!
